Questions you may have

How do I check whether my setup is supported?

Tell us which terminal and payment provider you use, and which payment channels you need. We will confirm the supported scope.

How are cancellations, partial cancellations and refunds handled?

For all merchants, including hotels, cancellations and partial cancellations within nine days of authorization use the original transaction exchange rate. This applies to ReverseFX USD authorization and cancellation amounts. Card issuer fees or conversion into another currency are separate. Industry-specific cancellation charges, such as hotel cancellation fees, also apply separately. Handling after nine days is defined in the agreement.

What should I prepare for an adoption consultation?

Tell us about your current payment provider, terminals and online checkout environment. Our team will explain the adoption scope and next steps.

Partner integrations and pilots are in preparation. Availability, fees and settlement schedules are finalized after agreement and validation.
