Settlement records · Bank account · Payout schedule
Tell us which terminal and payment provider you use so we can assess the scope for adoption.
Foreign currency payments start with USD. Supported cards and currencies depend on the integration and adoption stage, so we confirm coverage during consultation. If a card is unsupported after the customer selects USD, we explain this and proceed only if the customer chooses KRW again.
For all merchants, including hotels, cancellations and partial cancellations within nine days of authorization use the original transaction exchange rate. This applies to ReverseFX USD authorization and cancellation amounts. Card issuer fees or conversion into another currency are separate. Industry-specific cancellation charges, such as hotel cancellation fees, also apply separately. Handling after nine days is defined in the agreement.
We first assess how to work with your current acquirer, VAN or PG. The starting approach is to add ReverseFX to your existing setup. The integration scope depends on your payment environment and is confirmed during consultation.
Partner integrations and pilots are in preparation. Availability, fees and settlement schedules are finalized after agreement and validation.
